If you submit information via forms (e.g., waitlists, contact forms), you agree the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We use submissions to administer the relevant nonprofit program.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of MapleScholar to improve quality, safety, and sustainability.

MapleScholar is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Project Hamburg Research shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to your use of MapleScholar.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction(s) where Project Hamburg Research operates.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
